These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the use of the facilities and services provided by Repose Studio by members, customers and other users thereof.
Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Company” means Repose Studio
“Website” means www.reposestudio.co.uk
1.3 The Company reserve the right to vary or revoke any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary. Any such changes will be published on our website.
2.2 Membership shall be in accordance
with a Membership Plan. A Member’s use of the Studio must always be in accordance with their Membership Plan
2.4 The first payment of any membership plan must be paid in person and the subsequent payments to be taken monthly by standing order or auto payment. Annual memberships are a one off payment and are for a full 12 month period from the date of payment.
2.5 Subsequent monthly payments will be due one month after joining and thereafter on the same date every month.
2.6 Additional sessions can be
purchased if required.
2.17 Members who do not adhere to our cancellation policy may result in a cancellation charge equivalent to a single class session
2.18 Monthly MEMBERSHIP means a minimum of THREE consecutive months. One month’s written notice if required to cancel any membership after the initial six month period.
4.6 Our refund policy is to make the relevant refunds within 30 working days. The refund will be made by the same method payment was received.
4.7 Any customer or member who fails to attend 3 or more pre-booked classes with no prior cancellation will be unable to pre-book classes in the future and all future pre-booked classes will be cancelled without notice.
5.11 With the exception of the Stretch and Massage classes, under no circumstance may any client participate in more than one class session per 24 hour period.
7.3 If a class requires specific
clothing, footwear, or other items which Customers must provide, details of the class will specify such requirements. Customers who fail to comply with such requirements may not be permitted to
participate in the class.
8. Trial Sessions
8.1 The FREE trial sessions is intended for NEW customers only. The booking is subject to availability and the consent form. The Free trial is strictly one per person and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
9.4 At the discretion of the Studio manager, children under the age of 16 can accompany you to the studio as long as they sit in the waiting area whilst the class is in progress. Under no circumstances are they allowed to touch or use any equipment. The staff and management of the studio take no responsibility for children that accompany you to the studio.
10 Off – Peak Classes and Sessions
10.2 Off Peak courses cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
11 Personal Belonging and Lost Property

13.5 Customers, their heir and legal representatives knowingly and voluntarily waive any future claim they may have against Repose Studio or any partner, employee or instructor at Repose Studio for any injury, condition or damages you may sustain from being on our premises, participating in classes or following advice.
14 Data Protection
14.2 We may want to use some of the information you have provided for the purpose of monitoring, assessing or marketing Repose Studio and to inform you of any offers, information and services and products. We undertake never to sell or otherwise distribute any personal information of you to third parties.
15 Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising there from or associated therewith) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between the Parties relating to these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising there from or associated therewith) shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
