Our classes are held in the Power Plate Studio - The Mini - Gym is for clients wishing to do their own own workout or for Personal Trainers working with clients. It is open during studio hours.  The sessions must be pre-booked as we only allocate a maximum of four clients per hour.  Please click here for more details

If you have not ever used a Power Plate before, we advise you complete 5 to 6 Full Body classes before trying any of our cardio based classes.  Please ask an instructor if you are unsure. CLICK HERE for more information on our classes and class descriptions.

 

HATE THE GYM - or just don't have time?

You don't have to be the fittest or the thinnest to come to Repose, you just need to try it out and work at your OWN pace.  It takes around four classes to start to notice results. For quick weight loss - book our popular 6 week challenge, 3 weekly classes, for 6 weeks.  Each class is only 25 minutes and with a maximum of 7 per class, everyone gets individual attention.
