Unless otherwise stated our classes are held in the Power Plate Studio - The Mini - Gym is for clients wishing to do their own own workout or for Personal Trainers working with clients. It is open during studio hours.  The sessions must be pre-booked as we only allocate a maximum of four clients per hour.  Please click here for more details
