Classes & Workouts

Repose is open 7 days, running Power Plate classes every half hour from 7am - 9pm weekdays & 8am - 12 weekends.  All our classes are instructor-led, with a maximum of 7 per class, so you get very individual attention.  Working out on a Power Plate means you only need to exercise for 25 minutes whilst getting more benefits than an hour of any other exercise.  We also offer 45 minute Circuit & Boot Camp classes in our boutique gym space.  And for those who prefer an individual, self motivated workout, you can pay-as-you train in our gym and cardio area.  For a more bespoke workout book one of our Personal Trainers or get a personalised programme you can use in the gym.  If you're not sure what will work best for you book an induction or trial class. There is no joining fee, we offer pay-as-you-go options, blocks of classes or monthly payment plans.
