Circuit & Bootcamp

Gym & Power Plate intensive workouts for the more advanced.  Every class is 45 minutes covering strength training, cardio & HIIT.  These are well planned classes to promote better fitness levels, endurance, speed, stamina and mostly FUN!  Maximum 6 per class
