Mini-Gym

Repose is a private training studio with a comfortable, inviting atmosphere where you will enjoy a very personal training experience in a private setting.  This is a beautiful environment for those of you who want to work at your own pace without feeling exposed in a large gym space.

 

PAY-AS-YOU-TRAIN in our boutique style functional gym space. Get the best out of your own workout, or hire one of our hand-picked Personal Trainers to either write  prgramme specifically for you, or to work with you to get you in your best shape. It’s a gym, but not as you know it. Our gym has clients, not members, and the personal touch.

 

 

Now going to the gym is a well-rounded experience.  We make fitness fun so you can add it as a part of your lifestyle.   We have found that people are a lot wiser about what's good for them in terms of nutrition and exercise so we understand you know how to get the best out of your workout. 

 
Whilst we are happy to leave you to workout at your own pace and in your own style, we are very results focussed and will always be happy to advise if you are not reaching your goals.
 
Our focus is on interval training, rowing, cycling, TRX, weights and personal training

BOOKING THE MINI GYM

No joining fee and membership is optional.  Pay-as-you-train, book a block of hour sessions, or become a member.  We have packages that suit everyone.

 

1 Hour session £6 

 

Personalised Programme £25 - Want some help to get the most our of your training? Why not book a consultation - We can help you reach your goals. We will write you a bespoke Training Programme, take your weight and measurements and help if needed with diet and nutrion.  You can then use this programme in our mini-gym or at home.  We advise you to book a consultation every 6 weeks for best results. 

 

PERSONAL TRAINERS - Want to hire our space and train your own clients?  We charge a fee of £8 per client or £20 to book the whole area for an hour.

HATE THE GYM - or just don't have time?

You don't have to be the fittest or the thinnest to come to Repose, you just need to try it out and work at your OWN pace.  It takes around four classes to start to notice results. For quick weight loss - book our popular 6 week challenge, 3 weekly classes, for 6 weeks.  Each class is only 25 minutes and with a maximum of 7 per class, everyone gets individual attention.
