I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, combining Ashtanga practise with movement through breath and meditation. I am an instructor known for my passion, caring yet dynamic instructing style that embodies physical, spiritual and mental strength. These classes are an ideal way to de-stress after a busy day. All levels welcome.

Join Marcella for Vinyasa Flow. A style of yoga that focusses on flow, connecting each pose from one to the next with the breath. It's geat for maintaining and increasing flexibility of the muscles and mobility of the joints and ligaments. It also improves core muscle and full body strength. Come and join a small and intimate class ensuring you have all the support and adjustments you need.
